A European wellness brand was looking to expand its wearable product portfolio with a health-focused smartwatch designed for the European consumer market.The client needed more than a standard off-the-shelf model. The project required a product that could combine health-monitoring functions with customized branding, localized software and retail-ready packaging.
Project Challenge The main challenge was to create a market-ready smartwatch that matched the client's brand positioning while maintaining stable hardware performance and supporting the health features required for its target customers. The client also wanted to reduce the complexity of working with multiple suppliers for hardware, firmware, branding and packaging. Before mass production, samples were prepared for the client’s evaluation so that product appearance, firmware functions, packaging and APP performance could be reviewed and confirmed.
After sample approval, the project moved into controlled production with functional testing and pre-shipment quality inspection.
The client received a complete private-label smartwatch solution combining hardware, software configuration and branded packaging in one coordinated project. Instead of managing separate suppliers for the device, firmware and packaging, the client was able to work through a single development and manufacturing process from sample evaluation to production.
