All products are manufactured at our 4,000㎡ facility in Shenzhen, China. We support bulk wholesale supply, OEM customization, ODM development and private label branding for global partners.
Do you support OEM and ODM?
Yes. We offer both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services. For OEM, we manufacture products based on your design and specifications. For ODM, we provide existing product designs that can be customized with your branding and requirements. Both options include support for logo, packaging, firmware and app customization.
Can you customize the logo and packaging?
Yes. We provide full logo and packaging customization services. Your brand logo can be laser-engraved or printed on the product. We also offer custom retail packaging boxes, user manuals, accessories and inserts -- all designed to match your brand identity and target market requirements.
Do you support APP, SDK or BLE integration?
Yes. Staranb provides Bluetooth SDK documentation and REST API support to enable integration with your existing mobile app or health platform. We can also develop a fully branded companion app for iOS and Android with your UI design and feature requirements. BLE protocol documentation is available upon request.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product type and customization level. For standard wholesale orders, MOQ typically starts from 100 units. For OEM and ODM projects with custom firmware or packaging, MOQ is generally 500 units or more. Can you provide samples?
Yes. We can provide product samples for evaluation before placing a bulk order. Standard product samples are available for shipping cost only.
