What is the minimum order quantity for OEM products?
MOQ varies by product type and customization level. Private label orders typically start from a lower quantity, while full ODM development requires a higher minimum to cover engineering costs. Contact us with your requirements for a specific figure.
Can I use my own APP with your hardware?
Yes. We provide iOS and Android SDK along with BLE communication protocol documentation, allowing you to integrate our wearable devices directly into your own application or platform.
How long does the customization process take?
Private label and OEM orders typically take 4-8 weeks from confirmation to shipment, depending on the scope of changes. Full ODM development projects with new hardware design require a longer timeline and will be scoped individually.
Do you provide samples before mass production?
Yes. Pre-production samples are provided for review and approval before any mass production run begins. This ensures all customizations meet your expectations.
What certifications do your products carry?
Our products hold CE, FCC and RoHS certifications as standard. Additional certifications for specific markets such as KC (Korea) or BIS (India) can be arranged. Please specify your target market when requesting a quote.
Can you develop a completely new wearable product from scratch?
Yes. Our ODM service covers full product development from concept through to mass production, including hardware engineering, sensor selection, structural design, firmware, APP and packaging.
Which countries do you export to?
We currently export to the United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, the Netherlands, France, India, Korea and Dubai, with experience handling the documentation and compliance requirements for each market.
Is IP ownership transferred to the buyer for ODM projects?
For full ODM development projects, intellectual property ownership terms are agreed upon during the contract stage. We support arrangements where the buyer retains full IP rights to the developed product.
